PYTHON Software Developer

The work mostly involved developing PYTHON scripts used to maintain a cloud based web content filtering solution.

In doing this I have learnt a great deal about PYTHON, the http protocol and networking. I also learnt a great deal about the day-to-day maintanance of production LINUX servers.

I have implemented REST services using Twisted and worked with a variety other technologies such as ANSIBLE, MEMCACHED, REDIS, POSTGRES and DOCKER.

I also helped modify some of the JINJA2 templates of customer facing panel so they used BOOTSTRAP to improve its appearance and responsiveness.
